The Affordable Care Act is still complicated (and still the law)
We developed our ACA Reporting and Tracking Tools to help keep you in compliance and ensure your business avoids costly penalties and fines. While there is uncertainty regarding the future of the ACA and specifically - the Employer Mandate - it's necessary to continue following the provisions of the law.
Our ACA Reporting and Tracking Tools are built into your Payroll and HR functions and available to all of our HRCheck clients.
ACA Benefit Eligibility Report
Define the parameters of your chosen look-back measurement period and quickly identify which variable-hour employees are eligible for coverage.
ACA Full-Time Equivalent Report
Find out if you're an "applicable large employer" by using this report to calculate the total number of full-time equivalents (FTEs) in your organization.
ACA Affordability Report
Determine whether your health plan is considered affordable by the law’s standard.
Applicable large employers must file information returns with the IRS as well as distribute forms to their employees (Forms 1095-C and 1094-C). We'll produce, distribute, and file these forms for your company using your organization's employee and dependent-related health data you'll provide us each pay period.
Need a bit more information on how our ACA tools work?
ACA reporting and compliance is important to your company. Remember that many provisions of the law have changed with little or no notice – we expect that trend to continue. Our reporting tools are provided as guidance to assist you in complying with the law. As always, we recommend that any policy or benefit changes that you make be reviewed by your legal counsel, HR advisor or benefit broker.
